「We stayed here for our family vacation. We were sold on the pool photos. The room had a great layout as we were up in the loft King bed and the kids were down in the main area. They had a clean pack and play for our baby. I did find hairs on the floor from when my baby was crawling around which I didn't love. However, the pool was amazing and our kids had a blast there. 「We chose this hotel because it was advertised as pet friendly, which was important for us. The staff were genuinely very sweet and helpful throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. That said, the room we were assigned was quite disappointing. It felt run down and didn’t seem very clean, to the point where I kept my shoes on the entire time. The shower itself worked, but the tub spout diverter (the part used to switch water from the showerhead to the bathtub faucet) didn’t function...
