「The staff was more than amazing! After a bit of a booking nightmare on my behalf, they made it work! The room was beautifully updated. The hotel was close to all the amenities. I will definitely stay again when in the area.」

「Upon learning the pool was in repair, and has been for some time, after riding in 30c all day, we were quite disappointed. The lady at check in seems dismissive and sarcastic that we were not impressed. Asking us if we were planning to swim some laps??? We needed to cool off - sadly one of the ladies in our group explained that to her. The lady at the check in said she would let the manager know. My point was we should have been notified of the pool being broken so 1. we didn't look forward...

「One of the most unique rooms and hotels in which I have ever stayed. Could use some updating, but a great night. Stairs to the bed in the loft, a jacuzzi in the living room, and a tunnel to the pool and hot tub. Hotel has a games room and what appeared to be a bike shop/fitness room. The waterslide is very slow and the hot tub overlooks the highway. Included breakfast was underwhelming. Location and views over the mountains were amazing.」

「Beautiful hotel rooms were amazing. We called and made sure we could check in early for wedding and this was confirmed as the hotel wasn’t even sold out the night before. However when we arrived we were told we could not not and could use the conference room to change. Very disappointing to pay 350$ for a room we only had access to after the wedding at 2am.」
