We had to book this room last minute due to unexpected road conditions. Pros: good parking, nice view from balcony, comfortable bed. Cons: bug in the shower, very unpleasant employee at front desk with absolutely 0 customer service ability. Overall, I most likely will not book here again due to poor customer service that affected my experience staying here.

Room was outdated and not very well maintained. The kitchenette facilities in the room were very poor. There was no toaster (as advertised), the kettle was melted (so I deemed it unsafe to use), there was only 1 small bread plate and 2 small bowls, all of which were dirty. There was a sign asking you to clean your dishes but no dish soap or towel to dry them was provided, which might explain why they weren't clean.The only light source in the kitchen area was a small under-cupboard light. Overall I rate this hotel 2 stars and that is because the bed was comfortable, the staff member I dealt with was as helpful as she could be, and it has great views from the balcony.
