「Overall, our stay was just fine. We didn't need any additional help from staff. We stayed at Arrowood so we could dock our boat overnight and we did just that. Having the boat access on site was very useful. You could tell the property wasn't being maintained to its full potential though. Nothing that interrupted our stay by any means, just lots of weeds, low landscaping, and furniture throughout the hotel in very odd places. The furniture has not been updated in a long time. The vibe was off...

「The main area was clean with the beds was clean. The bathroom floor was not as clean as it should have been and the bathroom mirror needed to be replaced. It was worn out. Employees were great.」

「Parking was close and easy. Staff was helpful when it came to asking for more towels.」

「Pool was out of order. The room wasn't very clean. Breakfast is better at the gas station next door. We've been going there every year for tournaments and it seems to be getting worse every year.」

「AC worked well. Found some random hairs. Shower water pressure wasn't the greatest. But pool and workout room were spotless as was the beautiful breakfast spread. So, overall, 4.7/5.」
