「Grumpy staff/owners. They seem to hate their jobs!」

「Staff when we checked in was great and helpful! As I was getting ready to check out, I noticed a bug on a pillow. I took a picture of it and video. I went to the front desk and the there was a lady sitting in the office and asked what I needed. I showed her the picture and video and she asked if it was from today - I said yes, and seemed kind of annoyed, I brought it to her attention.」

「The place was definitely not clean. Very outdated. We had a sign in our room that says it was clean but there was a doll in the closet?? The towels had long hairs all over in them. The fridge was leaking water all over. Our sheets were ripped up. We Purposely wanted to stay at a place that had a pool for the kids but when we got there it was all shut down. It was definitely not worth the price I was charged.」

「The room was clean. Staff were friendly. They had a microwave and small refrigerator in the room. We didn't use the indoor pool or lounge, but they looked nice from what I saw.」

「The room was spotless, smelled wonderful and was nice and cool on a hot day. We stayed in a wheelchair accessible room and I was able to move around the room easily. The bathroom was huge with an accessible shower. They offered what looked like a great breakfast but we needed to leave. We will absolutely stay again, highly recommend.」

「If you need a place to sleep then it’s ok but was much worse then when we stayed two years ago. Not very clean or well kept.」

「The staff were friendly and our room was clean. It wasn’t ready when we checked in so we did have to wait a few minutes. Great location, and price.」

「Clean room, breakfast good. Did not use hot tub or pool but that area was very clean.」

「Hotel appeared run-down, it was mostly clean, but definitely showed its age. Rooms were ok, did see a stain on the mattress. Breakfast was not much vs other hotels I’ve stayed at that offer hot breakfast. Bread was stale.」
