The smell of cigarettes in the room; bathroom sewage was plugged that a guest had to stay in the water while taking a shower; breakfast is poor - waffles, jam, oats, milk, tea, coffee … and Fox News on top of it. Sorry, guys, here’s nothing personal, just business. Please, improve your service, at least to the standards you had back in prior years.

We were given a room that wasn’t finished cleaning- one of the two beds weren’t made (at midnight), trash wasn’t taken out, the faucet in the bathtub was running and the towels were tossed around. We requested another room. That one at least didn’t have those issues, but the AC wasn’t working and the entryway light was fritzing out - like in a scary movie. The breakfast area has seen better days. The place looked not well maintained.

This was the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed at in the mid-price range. The Pool was out of service and not advertised before booking. I do not recommend staying here.

Pool was out of order. The room wasn't very clean. Breakfast is better at the gas station next door. We've been going there every year for tournaments and it seems to be getting worse every year.

Very minimal , Room was just okay, waffle bed blanket was very rough. Breakfast was supposed to be until 10:30. We went down at 9:00. Nothing left. 3 slices of bread, no butter, 2contaoiners of peanut butter. Will not stay at a Quality Inn again.

The pool is closed indefinitely and the breakfast was horrible. Cold food put into the warmers at 6 am and nothing turned on to use they use communal gallon of milk in fridge and had 11 pieces of sausage in the warmer at 6 am start. 6 packets of butter in fridge with one yogurt. No fruit or anything. Couldn’t make waffle for 45 min and it stuck to waffle maker so badly it couldn’t even be eaten. Sad this hotel chain has always been great but this one is truly not a place to stop.

The pool and so called spa were “out of order”, the breakfast was the worse layout I have seen for a Choice branded hotel and did not even look edible. Ceilings in the halls are low with tiles sagging all over, shower had a broken towel bar in it that, who knows for how long, has let water in behind the fiberglass shower stall. All I could think about is how much mold is inside these walls. Definitely expected more for $140 dollars for a night on a week day. Will be passing on this location in the future.

This hotel needs attention. The place is aging quickly and maintenance isn't a priority. The fridge in the room was broken and has been broken for a long time. The hotel offers Free Breakfast but it is really not good. The scrambled eggs were strange...they were cubes sitting a tray of eggy water. It is a tired hotel.

The room itself was fine. The bathroom needed some updates but was ok. The pool was closed for the unforeseeable future with no mention of that at time of booking, that was really disappointing for my children especially. The entire hotel was in need of a good cleaning.
