「Staff was less than friendly 」

「The room was ok, place is very old, not well maintained. Pool is shut down, has a Crack in it? Say that on your website that it is shut down, we wanted a pool. Then someone lied and said the pool in the other hotel in town was shut down, it was not, but the place was full or we would have went there. The continental breakfast is nothing hardly, and after seeing the fingernails of the desk clerk I was eating nothing at all. TV was not set up, had to come to my room to get it going, that...

「 We had a great stay the staff was welcoming on arrival. The breakfast was simple your typical eggs, waffles, yogurt, bakery goods, the coffee was good too! We did not use the pool/hot tub but looked inviting. There was shopping and food within walking distance. I would stay again. 」

「I am not fond of pets in a hotel as some people do not clean up after them. The room was clean and enjoyed the accessible shower. Bed was comfortable as were the towels. 「For having 4.5 stars the hotel felt old and dirty but the safe was very nice!! When you are traveling for work you want a nice clean place to lay your head at night without a strange smell in your room. Really beyond disappointed and almost thought about checking out and going somewhere else.」

「This used to be a beautiful resort. It so rundown and creepy now it's sad to see. I would not recommend staying here. Within an hour of being there I turned in my keys and stayed somewhere else. Based off of other reviews it sounds like I'm out the money for the rest of the nights I had reserved even though they have a 24 hour cancellation policy.」
