「Had a fabulous welcome from Cookie on reception who looked after me for the rest of the trip, ensuring I had an awesome stay. Huge room with a huge. Comfortable and beautifully decorated.Nice rooftop with jacuzzi and gym (though as open air it’s hot). Decent breakfast to start the day. Very cute and friendly bar I spent a few evenings having a great time, with Cookie hosting. Highly recommended- great location and value. 「Lots of hotel activities for both adults and children. Stayed for 3 nights and still so much yet to enjoy! It’s a resort you can stay without going outside! But Patong Elephant Care is a short 5-min walk away (through the beach route), worth spending an hour or two there!」

「stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, the view is very impressive when I walked into the front desk. However, I think the room needs some regular maintenance. Shuttle bus only offer one way with limited services. It would be great if they can offer return. 」

「Enjoy the pool access and the infinity pool. Very clean swimming pool and room. But the receptionists are a little bit muddled, some basic information (eg. Facilities opening time) were not answered clearly and adequately. When we check-in, they mixed up our information with other guests. Just minor problems. Generally, it was an excellent experience.」

「We stayed at the pool suite for EDC. The room was surprisingly pretty and comfortable. Staffs were very helpful and patient (I only found out there was an app to order room service on my last day and kept calling down the concierge). But please be aware that there’s no sunlight by the pool in the lower floor pool suite. But all in all it was a very pleasant stay. 」

「Lovely large clean rooms, cash deposit was a little weird... Normally just hold credit card details. Breakfast spread was good value for money and the burgers at the pool bar were delicious. 」
