A great overnight stay - we stayed here after flying to Phuket airport after Mammoth journey from the UK & it had everything we needed! Would have liked another night here & would stay again. The breakfast was amazing lovely omelettes and a short walk round the corner to 7 11 as well as scooters available to rent locally to get around the island!

Wonderful hotel!! Veryclean and tidy. The staff are amazing. Very comfort shuttles to the old town, and the highlight is the direct access to pool- so enjoyable and great expetience.

Really wonderful room and swim up pool

Beautiful room with swim up pool. Stunning hotel in general and very chilled. It is remote so keep that in mind, however, they supply a van service to get you into town and Grab is pretty good. Fantastic local and traditional restaurants.

Staff were amazing, very helpful and always asked what we did when we returned from being out for the day. The cocktails were amazing too with a good kick, meals and kitchen staff were good as well. Well worth a visit. We will be back again for sure.

A hidden gem

A hidden gem.., clean and well appointed… lovely and friendly staff.. a good location to explore Phuket Town both old and new, and the surrounding areas including a vibrant fishing port, and some less well walked beaches and hidden coves

The service was great and very on top of everything. Very friendly and work very fast. Breakfast was good and the resort itself is very nice especially at night with all the lights. The resort is also close to some ports for boat trips and the resort was helpful when it came to booking transportation when needed. Great experience

This is a wonderful, peaceful resort. Furnishings are comfortable and new. It does require catching the resort shuttle to Old Town or Central Phuket Mall, or call Dodee at R U Go Thailand car service at 66/6-4913-5145 - he is great- We loved our two bedroom suite with pool. Our 16 year old daughter enjoyed her own space and bathroom. The staff is all very nice.

It’s not close to anything. Free shuttle service to old town or mall a few times per day. You need to reserve as fills up quickly. Pool outside your door is nice but should have a railing to get into and out of pool as steps are far apart. Walls are thin! Is a drawback for light sleepers. Breakfast has variety. Restaurant staff are quick to greet guests and refill dishes. Overall it’s a good place but not a great location.

When you first drive down the street you think, oh god, where am I going as it’s a fairly poor area but once you get to the resort they treat you to a drink. Beautiful clean rooms. We stayed in a private pool villa. The aircon is cold, just have to give it a few mins to kick in. The restaurant staff is lovely. Special thanks to the 2 night shift girls that treated us awesome. My wife and I were very happy. A 7/11 is a short walk away. I walked at 11pm and it was safe. The locals are nice. The hotel includes free transfers to the main areas in Phuket including shopping. Very handy. Again, a lovely gorgeous hotel. Highly recommend it

On the last night of my stay, the water from the tap was all brown and black when I took a shower. I complained to the front desk, but the staff just responded indifferently, saying something about pipe maintenance. Shouldn’t the hotel at least inform guests that dirty water might come out after pipe work? There’s absolutely no service quality at all. Very disappointing. I strongly advise against choosing this hotel. In addition, there’s a serious insect problem here, with lots of ants and worms crawling around the room. It’s absolutely disgusting. 在最後一晚住宿時，沖涼的時候水龍頭全是啡黑色污水。然後向櫃位職員投訴，他只係冷淡回應說什麼水管工程。你們做完水管工程不用通知一聲住客開水的時候注意污水有機會排出嗎？完全沒有服務質素可言。非常失望。千萬不要選擇這間酒店。 另外這裏有嚴重的昆蟲問題，很多螞蟻蚯蚓。在房間走來走去。十分嘔心。

Some communication issues. Took a little to change my room, as neighbors where very loud and smoking weed 24/7. After I was moved to another room I had a fantastic stay. Breakfast could improve a little, better coffee/cappuccino and more fruit ;) Cocktailbar is Cash only, they tell you afterwards
