This property was good. Super clean, staff were nice and it really accommodated to kids. Only down fall was that kids club you had to stay with your kids if they were under 5 and better breakfast options were needed. The staff here are literally the best. I stayed at 6 of the 5 star resorts in patong and I can say this is the best by far. Adult pool is my go to, but they put out a floating walkway that kids run across in the main pool. It’s quite amusing to watch. This hotel holds movie event, foam events and so much more. Every night is different. It’s heaven. I won’t stay anywhere else if I can help it

What an amazing place for a family vacation. The pools are all excellent, and the kids loved the kids’ pool! There are so many great food options on the property, and if you’re wondering if the breakfast package is worth it - I promise you’ll regret it if you don’t get it! It’s probably the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever seen and I’ve stayed at nice hotels all over the world. The staff are very helpful, friendly and prompt; and left little surprises for the kids in our room. My only complaint is the kids’ pool has a weird overhang that looks down into a viewing area that I thought was a safety risk as they could climb onto the bench and hang over.

The pool areas are stunning and perfect for relaxing after a day out exploring Phi Phi Island and Patong. What truly stood out was the exceptional level of service from the staff. Everyone was warm, attentive, and always ready to help, making the entire stay smooth and enjoyable. Check-in and assistance throughout my stay were seamless. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with great amenities and a relaxing ambiance — perfect for unwinding after long days of sightseeing and nightlife. Loved the pools and amenities !! Good location. Roman was clean but small. Bathroom was tough for 2 people to get ready. A second mirror plug in would be nice. Also no drawer space for clothes. Restaurants were good not amazing and a bit pricey.
