Very friendly and helpful staff. King size room spacious, big screen TV, Kevin Mitchell bathroom products. The buffet breakfast had ample choices. Huge beach towels offered for beach days at the front desk.

Modern, stylish accommodation in a great location for most activities and attractions in Patong. Excellent variety of food and drinks in the restaurant and bars. Nice pool. Staff very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

The decor and ambience was very cool. The breakfast buffest is very good it includes a omlette station and various indian and thai dishes including american waffles and pancakes. Let's not forget the juice bar! Amazing friendly and tenative staff!!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at the hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was spotless, cozy, and had all the amenities I needed. Its a new hotel so everything is very modern and fresh. Everyone is very helpful and nice. Staff is reacting immediately to fulfill all the requests. For Thai standard this place is quite clean. There is always new bottle of water after every cleaning. I want to thank our cleaning lady who’s as always very friendly! Pool is very clean and it’s quite peaceful there - good place to chill when is super warm. The best experience we had was with breakfast - incredible! Amazing food, variety of cuisines from all over the world, and everything was very fresh! I want to thank Min for amazing coffees every morning and every kitchen/breakfast for great service!

Nice new hotel. Good bed, tv and nice towels and linens. Manager (ChaCha) was helpful when she was brought in to resolve a problem….pity the staff don’t have greater autonomy to resolve issues. ‘Computer says no’ syndrome! Rooms needed more storage and bathrooms need a better light for those of us that shave. Use of clean my room door tag pointless they have a schedule, it gets done in their own time as opposed to whilst you are out of room.

“Traveling as a couple, TRIBE Phuket Patong struck the perfect balance. Just a short walk from Patong Beach and nightlife, yet the hotel still felt calm and inviting. Our room was peaceful with a balcony overlooking the pool —modern and clean with a cozy ambiance. while their restaurant ‘3 Uncles & a Barman’ served a great mix of Thai and international dishes. The staff were friendly and professional—nothing felt over the top, just good vibes all around. Perfect for couples seeking a lively base with a refined flair.”

The hotel is nice and have open beginning 2025, hence quite new. The room are ok size, not so big. The bathroom size is ok. The room might be noisy per moment depending the one you have as the road is very noisy due to Thailand vibes ( a lot of irregularly exhaust and loud music on Tuktuk). If you are noise sensitive, this hotel is not for you. If a sudden noise ( tuktuk with loud music waiting a the red traffic light) will not disturb your sound, you can go ahead with this hotel. The room even if almost new show already some signs that without good maintenance the hotel’s room will not be so good in few years. Already some joints in the showers started to crack. Bed was confortable, you have a room service but we didn’t use it. You have a small balcony with 2 high chairs. A coffee machine is available, and open hangers. A little fridge available as well. And a safe box. There are a pool and gym on the 2nd floor. The pool has a bar. The gym is small but will do the job, however big hygiene issue there ! No towel are provided for gym and there aren’t wipes neither to clean the machines before you use it. A lot of swimming pool users went to the gym to grab the free water, some times you have water drop on the ground due to that. The gym area has definitely room for improvement easily with sport towel and sport wipes for disinfections. The breakfast is served at the lobby level in the restaurants « 3 uncles and a barman »

Exceptional Service

We booked at Tribe initially for four nights but loved it so much we extended our stay for another four nights. The hotel is new, modern, very well designed with a fresh welcoming vibe. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and equipped with all the amenties needed for a restful break (loved the coffee machine!). The location is right in the hustle and bustle of downtown Patong, close to shopping, restaurants and only a short walk to Patong Beach. The hotel is beautiful but this is not the reason we extended our stay; the staff are an asset to this hotel and are absolutely amazing and definitely go above and beyond. From the bellmen, Tao and J, who welcomed us every time we came into the hotel whuch made it feel like we were coming home. All of the Guest Services Agents especially Zeyad, Naan, Nay and Mook who were super helpful and always reminding us to ring if there was anything we needed. Not to mention the restaurant staff, Pang, Ester, Aom, Mai and Angie who greeted us like friends every morning when we arrived for breakfast (which we looked forward to every day because the food was so good). The service was amazing but the staff always had time for a friendly chat. Dinner at Tribe was top notch and absolutely delicious and the service by Proud and Peak matched. We were really sad to end our holiday here but so pleased we chose Tribe Phuket Patong. We really appreciate all of the staff and hope we see you all again when we return in the future 🙏.
