"This is a real review. Honestly it's one of the best hotels I ever stayed at. The rooms were always clean with many amenities. The pool was also so refreshing and clean to swim. The best is the breakfast buffet. It had everything, western, Asian, Indian and Arab food. I absolutely loved staying at this hotel. We didn't want to leave. Also a great location and staff that was very helpful and friendly."

Four Points by Sheraton Phuket Patong Beach Resort

10/10 Excellent

"Had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton Phuket Patong Beach Resort! The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and in a fantastic location. It’s just a short walk to the beach, and getting around is super convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Great service and a great experience overall! Would definitely stay here again!"

Hotel Clover Patong Phuket

8/10 Good

"I had an issue was the air conditioning. I looked for a thermostat to adjust the temperature but was unable to locate one. The temperature in the room was just a little bit too warm for me. The room was pretty small with just enough room for the bed and bathroom. When I opened my suitcase (medium size) it stuck out into the hallway to the bathroom and door, making it difficult to walk past. I can only imagine how difficult it would have been if I had a larger suitcase."

Diamond Cliff Resort & Spa, Patong Beach

And advice housekeeping… I don’t think she’s responsible for dirty shag carpet or cold water…"
