Hotel is in the center of everything in Phuket & the rooms are very nice and clean. Great place to stay if you want to be in the center of everything. 2 min walk from walking street & patong beach.

All staff were fantastic, friendly, very helpful, and remembered you from one day to the next, the pool could be very noisy and even intimidating at times in the afternoon with groups of people making it hard for those wanting to relax. Every guestI encountered mentioned their difficulty in navigating the steep ramp to enter the Royal wing from the lobby, if a travelator was put in here it might cost a lot but would pay off in return guests, the ramp is so steep as to be dangerous.

It looks like the property was recently updated. The pool, restaurant, and lobby areas are very nice. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly.
