The Pearl Hotel is very clean. The staff are very friendly & accommodating. There are a couple of really good & inexpensive restaurants just across the street. An excellent massage studio just a few steps away. And Old Town is only 5 minutes walking distance away.

Pearl was a literal pearl for us. We'd come from a similarly rated hotel into pearl and it was like a breath of fresh air. Well cared for, great staff, great location and affordable as well. The breakfast buffet was excellent and we were only 500 metres from the centre of old Phuket Town. I'd recommend this hotel to anybody.

Clean room, friendly staff, free breakfast. Only stayed one night last minute but overall good place. Did have a broken pipe in the hallway ceiling. Bathroom smelled though.

The property was very nice. We did not use the pool, but it was beautiful. The staff was exceptional. Room was clean, short walk to old town. The food shops along the street were very good. Short walking distance from bus terminal. Traffic and street congestion all throughout. Phuket was very rough. Just driving in the area be very careful every second there’s another motorcycle passenger on your right and your left. We’re getting back to the hotel excellent.

This hotel is near to Phuket Old Town, especially the weekend market approximately 200m always. The hotel breakfast was good, although not much variety, but the taste was good. Easy to get a taxi/grab a vehicle to the Patong beach and the surrounding. We arrived late, almost midnight due to flight delay, but able to check in last than 20 mins. Room are CLEAN.

The Place is Gross. Do not stay here. Trash floating in pool. Stains all over sheets n blankets. Hallway not even vacuumed. For warning. Stay away.

Pas confortable.

Le temps d’attente pour l’enregistrement est assez long, il y’a plusieurs personnes mais qu’une seule personne fait le Check in. Ensuite la chambre est correct, mais le lit est horrible, les ressort font très mal au dos. Malheureusement la piscine ferme assez tôt, on aimerait en profiter plus.
