「First of all, we stayed for 4 nights around dropoff for freshman at Lehigh and the hotel allowed us to send several packages we had shipped and then set them all up in our hotel room after we checked-in. Second, the room was in immaculate condition, large, comfortable, a great a/c and a large and comfortable bathroom. 「Our biggest takeaway from our stay was how much we liked the staff. We had great help from the desk staff, the valets and the maids. We had breakfast in the Palm Room and our waiter Harris did an excellent job. He has very good customer service skills. I would highly recommend this Hotel.」
