"It’s was good for short stay."

"The room had no heat was 44 degrees outside and the heat was closing cold air we called the front desk and all they said was you know this an old building and they bought us a portable heater and 2 blankets the thermostat in room said 55 degrees. Just horrible!! There were no bathroom amenities like nothing"

"Loved the location ! Very close and convenient to get to all the attractions especially if you’re choosing to walk. The room it self was the perfect size for our stay. Unfortunately it wasn’t cleaned completely. The bath tub and the sink both had slow draining clogs. Not unbearable since our stay was only for a night any longer I would have been very disappointed. Parking was 40.00 a day but not to crazy. Loved the garage was next to the hotel so very convenient as well."

"We planned this trip for my daughter’s 12th birthday and from the point of check I wish I had book some place else. There was an hour 1/2 wait for the check in line, Rewind, on Friday at 4am I received an email that the park would close at 12noon on Sunday. We checked in Saturday & was told the park closed at 9, only to be ask to leave at 8pm. The sliding door handles were broke off and the lamp shade fell off on my daughter’s head( she was fine). Camelback was not the experience we anticipated. However Sunday morning the waitress paid for my daughters breakfast and they brought her a balloon to our table. Christal was our waitress and she was amazing and Dia and Megan whom I’m assuming wawere managers was awesome as well!! I give credit where its due!"

"Staffs at the front desk treated me like a stranger and didn't listen to me. I asked quiet room as I can't sleep in the noisy environment. She gave me the room next to Elevator. I have to go down and demannd to change the room. surprisingly ignorant !!!"

"Dirtiest nice hotel. We stayed 4 nights. First we arrived and valet was $125 a night when we booked based on the $42 price on the website. Then they had valet at a separate parking garage and gave us the incorrect address to locate it. 40 minutes later we arrive at the separate garage and the attendants are swearing loudly at each other requesting a luggage cart for us. Check in people were kind and upgraded our room but moved us from the requested river view without telling us. We were excited about the room, but it was disappointing because of how unkempt it was. Stains on ceiling and bathroom. Ceiling by window covered in cobwebs and peeling paint. Stains in the mattress and no mattress cover. We found clothing from the last people who stayed. Outlets were loose and sparked when attempted to use. Very disappointing in terms of cleanliness. "
