"The room I selected wasn’t available so I was switched to another room. The pool was closed for maintenance which I never found out until I got there and there was no hot water while showering because the hot water heater went down and the two they had wasn’t enough for all the guest they had."

"This was a wonderful place to stay. The self check in made everything so easy. The inn is exquisite -- although it was the day before Thanksgiving, it was so pretty having the Christmas decor throughout the downstairs rooms. My room 'the green room' was conveniently located on the second floor and although 'my bathroom was across the hall -- it was charming rather than inconvenient."
