「The staff was way too young and not very concerned with customer service . I’ll tell you this , I travel at least 3 weekends each month and I haven’t been this dissatisfied with a hotel in several years .」

「Room needed updating. The carpet was buckled and needed to be cleaned or replaced. The furniture also needed updating. There was no iron in the room. There was no elevator and it was a bit challenging to get to the room with luggage. Grounds were lovely.」

「We loved the breakfast. It was delicious 😋. The pool was great and the perfect size. The playground and farm animals were a big hit with my 4 year old daughter. She loved it. The hotel should have a elevator from 1st floor to second floor of the hotel for the people that cant walk it. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash weren't great but it was ok we had our own. I did have to ask for towels for the morning. If you go swimming and take a shower afterwards there wasnt enough towels to take...

「The room was clean and it was convenient since our air conditioner had stopped working. However, my room was right across from the laundry and many of the staff were lingering in the doorway of the laundry area and talking loudly early in the morning. The young man at the front desk also was difficult to communicate with upon checking in.」
