"The breakfast was great. I enjoyed the salmon eggs Benedict and , a rarity, an excellent cup of tea. We did experience inadequate water temperature for bathing at night. A storm knocked out the elevators on the day of our departure so we were delayed because we did not want to carry our luggage down 11 floors. We were eventually rescued by staff who took us down in the service elevator. "

"The staff was friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived in the parking garage. They helped me with my luggage, found luggage I had failed to unload, and were tirelessly looking out for me. The 2 dinners I had from the restaurant were both excellent. The server, Colton, was very nice. "
