"We are in Cleveland for 43 anniversary and Guardians day. This is is our 3rd stay here and will definitely do it again. The lady that checked us in, Artisia, was above and beyond wonderful! She gave us a beautiful suite overlooking Playhouse Square and we had a chilled bottle of champagne and breakfast tickets waiting for us when we got back from dinner. She is a gem!"

"The Quality Inn on Engle is a superb place to stay. The family that runs most of the day to day is amazing. Everyone was so kind, courteous and helpful. The place is also clean, convenient and in good repair. It's pretty quiet most of the time and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of hot water, water pressure and the breakfast buffet was a great bonus. I even needed to extend my stay and the staff made sure it was seamless. They just rescanned my key card and I stayed in the same room. I can't tell you how many times this simple process has been much more complicated and difficult at other hotels. I wish I could give the staff 20 stars and will definitely stay here again. Thank you!!!"
