"The updates to this facility really improved the vibe, felt more modern. Lots of families stay during local sports tournaments & the pool got very rowdy & we had several knocks on our door, kids being funny. The Lookout Bar was closed, which would’ve been nice to enjoy. The Market had solid options but not enough staff for all the people trying to get coffee at 7am (and there aren’t coffee makers in the rooms). "They didnt want to honor our expedia price since they changed ownership. Made us wait till 3 for check in even though room then readyThen took 20 additional minutes to gain approval for rate and only granted when I said I wanted to cancel. No towels in our room. Clean but needs updated. "

"Sleep Inn Sandusky has become my favorite place to stay when I’m working in Sandusky. The staff is professional and welcoming and I will be coming back in the future. Reason for the 4 star review is the internet wasn’t working for some of my stay and I needed it for work. Continental breakfast is such a bonus which I really enjoyed! "
