The entrance was hard to find, even with GPS. Our room was adequate, however the furnishings were dated and somewhat worn. For some odd reason there was no mirror over the bathroom sink, but instead mirrored closet doors. The kids enjoyed the pool area and the breakfast was adequate. We would stay here again, but only if other options aren't available.

We made a trip this way to visit Cedar Point. This was a very clean family friendly hotel. We stayed three nights with two adults and three kids (15,13,11). Kids enjoyed the breakfast and large spacious rooms. The beds were comfortable and it was a great experience overall. We are returning at the end of the month to visit Cedar Point again and currently finalizing the dates and thinking of booking this hotel again as we had a great stay !

We stayed for two nights while visiting Cedar Point. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good the first morning - the usual choices - but the second morning wasn’t as appealing. The only other issue was the hot tub was not functioning (water was plenty warm but jets inoperable). Would not hesitate to stay here if we visit the area again.

Room was dusty by the windows. Breakfast was decent. Hot tub wasn't working. TV was disappointing, they use DirecTV and was unable to watch NBA Finals since you cant access ABC/ESPN. If i would have known honestly I would have not stayed.

Check in was quick and our room was ready and clean. Halls were quiet overnight. The hotel was in the midst of renovations on the main level. The room was fine and seemed to have been updated. We didn't stay for breakfast (6am) as we were traveling and wanted to get going. No recycling bins.

The common areas and room were very clean. The a/c heating unit was quiet and barely noticeable unlike other hotels I've stayed. The staff was very friendly and kitchen help were helpful regarding food allergy concerns. Would definitely stay here again!

Room Was clean. Only bathroom for privacy to change and we had 5 people Sofa bed a little worn out sounding. Mattress pad and sheet Too small to stay on bed. Hot tub jets didnt work . Door to outside pool patio broken and Unusable. Chairs in breakfast area were ripped and Needed To be in the garbage. Staff were friendly and helpful. For the money and brand name Very disappointing

Our room was clean, bed comfortable. Pillows were small. I booked this hotel with the idea to swim and relax in the hot tub, both of which were closed due to construction. Both were full of water with absolutely no construction going on. Breakfast was less than the usual subpar hotel food. Staff friendly and kind.

We were very pleasantly surprised with what a lovely experience we had at this property. While the room was terrific, our strongest impression was how lovely and accommodating all the staff was, from the front desk staff to the breakfast attendants and housekeeping staff. We would go out of our way to stay in this hotel again.
