"Was checked is by a girl that clearly was eating her dinner when we got there. She was rude and was talking to us with a mouth full of food. Got to our room. No WiFi. The telephone didn’t work. No shampoo or body wash in the containers. No hand soap. The basic necessities were not provided to us. The breakfast was AWFUL. Only 2 hot station plates being used of 6, with half a scoop of scrambled eggs and 2 over cooked sausages. How does that feed a family of 5, plus everyone else in the hotel....
