「Terrible experience neighbour knocking on thin walls no tv or music but still caused upset in stay as walked into room once knocked door and asked when leaving hotel? Everyone paid for room invasion of privacy and I’m single mum with 6 yr old in room. No security or cameras to verify just friend few doors away called reception.」

「Arrived at 2 pm, front desk asked us to come back at 3, eventually checked-in at 3 ish, front desk informed that the Spa closes at 4:30. Rushed to the Spa straight after check-in, and the woman at Spa told us the Spa closes at 3:45 instead because they need time to "clean-up". So we ended up spending 15 mins at the Spa.. 「We had a wonderful stay at Fawsley Hall. The interior stunningly reflects the Halls history and the rooms were spacious and peaceful. We dined in the restaurant which was relaxing and delicious. The following morning we had breakfast in bed which was one of the best breakfasts I’ve had at a hotel stay. What stood out the most was the staff. They were impeccable & highly professional. They took great care to ensure we enjoyed our stay and couldn’t be more welcoming and helpful. All in all...

「We got moved room at midnight, and had to move all of our belongings because the power in our room wasn't working, which was an issue the desk knew about when they gave us the room. Then, when I attempted to get a refund on the room for the night, we were offered free breakfast, but the lady on the desk was desperate to haggle down the number of days we got it for. Just felt very cheap and really made us not enjoy the stay.」
