「There was no breakfast. It was a Starbucks downstairs. There was no conditioner and hand soap in our room. They were out of hand soap. The staff were friendly. 」

「There was hair everywhere!! In both beds, under the sheets, on top of the sheets, in the shower, on the floor, in the towels literally EVERYWHERE!!! Only one elevator working and the stairwell lights were out. 」

「During our stay, the elevator was completely out of service, and we had to climb the stairs many times. In the breakfast room, one of the younger waiters had a very bad attitude and was extremely slow, except for one staff member who was fine. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. If you’re not a heavy sleeper, I really wouldn’t recommend staying here—you’ll feel like you’re sleeping on a train all night.」

「Clean rating was based on cleaning services everyday. I’d do see on the door it’s every other day trash and towels but I do feel hotels should make bed, lightly clean, trash, and new towels and toilet paper everyday. Otherwise, great stay! 」
