「We had a family death the day we were supposed to check in and the hotel was not accommodating in anyway on a refund or allowing us to change our reservation date. There shouldn’t be do strict a policy that we have lost compassion for someone who loses a loved one. It shouldn’t be profit over kindness.」

The staff are friendly and helpful. In particular, the cook who made us breakfast both mornings was skillful and attentive. Great service.」

In the evening we enjoyed a nice cocktail in the crows nest on the 6th floor with great views. Easy walk to downtown with many shops and places to eat. We would definitely stay there again.」
