「The employees were all very helpful and cheery! When we went to our room, it was clean with a faint smell of bleach, so we knew the housekeeping was impeccable. The property was as if you were at a tropical island. Close to the beach and all of the downtown action....just a short ride away or use Uber/Lyft, which is what we did. The only down side is that the Adult pool needed to be vacuumed. We hung at the family pool anyway, since it was closer to the Tiki Bar and music. Would...

「I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.」
