「Excellent location with it being right in bourbon st . We could walk to almost everything we wanted to do! Staff of the hotel were very friendly, warm and helpful . They were the best part about the hotel. However , the hotel is outdated in many ways . Tv has no streaming services like most other hotels do . Our room wasn’t vacuumed when we arrived , mirrors were all dirty , and there was a lot of visible signs of the hotel just being old and dated . However , the lobby was beautiful. Also ,...

「Great location, slightly away from the crowded area, streetcars is a not factor for noises. Staff are friendly and kind.」

「The hotel itself looks very nice from the outside, once I got in my room that was a different story. Air conditioning barely worked, room was full of damage, courtyard area looked extremely unkept.」
