"we loved the entire feel of the property. Each employee there gave us the good southern comfort feel. Each thing we asked for they delivered even when we didnt think they would be able to do it. we will go back to this hotel again. The restaurants had great food as well and we thought were reasonable prices. This was all we could ask for. Be sure to visit the 3rd floor ballroom and if you are there when the rooftop is open ask if you can go up for the nightly light show it is free. "

"A very old hotel but for the most part very clean. Besides the smudge on the mirror and a spot in the tub it felt and smelled clean. Not the hotels fault but guests beware of the street noise and our neighbors, when staying there, loved slamming their doors. If you want to just sleep there, it's a good option. "
