「They had laundry equipment burn up at 11:30pm, didn't get back into the building until 1:00am then they let a family with children pound the floors running an playing until 2:30am. Had to call the front desk on my cell phone because house phone didn't work. Heard the Fire Cheif tell the Hotel this was the second time in a month they responded to the same fire problem.」

「I think the biggest issue is that they need more staff. There was one person doing breakfast and bless her heart she was running back and forth like crazy but had a very hard time keeping up.
