「Good」

「Very nice hotel overall. The hotel is a bit far from everything against my thoughts.」

「The hotel is very close to the University of Kentucky, with an Oriental supermarket and various dining options nearby.」

「There was a musty smell that was off putting as soon as we walked in the door. The rooms are very small and we had a leak in the sink drain that wasn’t repaired after we reported it. I didn’t feel that it was worth the cost. Very disappointing for a supposed upscale Hilton.」

「Beautifully restored Victorian home with marvelous breakfast」

「I really enjoyed my stay in Lexington! My room was nice and spacious, and the bed was comfortable, which made it easy to relax and unwind. I also loved how convenient the location was. It made getting around Lexington so much easier. Having a comfortable place to come back to at the end of the day made my stay even better. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily stay here again!」

「Very nice, clean, and modern hotel. Desk staff was super friendly. Charming little "Convient store" in the lobby. Central location within walking distance of several shops, restaurants, Rupp Arena, and more. Parking lot located underneath was helpful. Only MILD complaints would be the breakfast bar was a little cold and mostly empty by 9:40 even though breakfast is served until 10... and the room was supposed to have a white noise machine but it didn't, and it was very loud until after 1am with...

「Front desk clerk was very helpful and pleasant. Hotel was not clean, poorly maintained. Not worth the price.」

「Great room」

「The restaurant and bar staff went above and beyond serving us」

「Everything was great.」

「The room was clean and perfect for my stay.」

「Everything was great but, the shower was terrible no water pressure & no hot water! Needs to be addressed!」
