「Everything was great the breakfast was great the women did an excellent job the staff was very nice but the room was a little nasty we ran to Walmart and got Clorox wipes and Lysol and cleaned our room down cause it smelled like pee」

「It was a little difficult to find, but not located on back gravel roads with potholes as many budget hotels. The room was clean and adequate, however there were obvious repairs that needed to be done - the towel rack in the bathroom was hanging by two screws and it was obvious staff were aware of it as the towels were piled on the toilet tank; kind of interesting this simple repair was not done. 「The place is very unique. You feel as if you are staying in the middle of the forest. Older building with older plumbing. We rented 2 rooms. First room a/c was great. 2nd room, the a/c was not responding to the thermostat. It was too cold. They said they would fix-they did not. Offered a couple of blankets. loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying nature. We enjoyed breakfast every morning. Limited to typical buffet items-scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. 「Price was great. Get what you paid for. It worked for the short time we were there where the late night arrival and early morning head out. Shower hand will fell off but we were able to put it back on. Can't beat the price.」

「Stay was okay. Building was clean and everything worked well. Location was much further from red river gorge than expected, about 45 minutes to 1 hour 15 minutes one way to a trail. Bed was very hard. Hot tub was nice. Overall, decent if you dont mind the sleeping conditions and the drive but for us it wasnt worth the cost 」
