5 stars all around. We drove from Michigan to Kentucky for a wedding. The Ramada was the perfect stay for what we needed. A clean bed, hot shower, and breakfast. The pool and hot tub was a bonus. The staff was all friendly not one bad interaction with anyone. The breakfast choices were great, all though I do wish there was a waffle maker but the B&G were awesome. 10/10 would come back and stay again. Thanks Ramada!

Great customer service

At first we were placed in a smoking room (I didn't even know those still existed). Due to my husband asthma, i asked to be changes and the guy at the front desk was so nice and took care of us immediately. The new room was comfortable and clean.

You 'get what you pay for' is a tried and true statement, but, in this case we got ALOT more than expected for our money here. The rooms were clean and complete with a fridge, separate sink, good AC/ heat, good work station and separate dining table. However, the real 'secret sauce' at this Ramada is the staff. They are competent, attentive and very happy to help. I didn't expect a 5 star hotel and I didn't get it... but I left happy, smiling and with money left in my pocket... I certainly would come back

Nice room and quiet the way I like it. Only bad thing I can say is the pool was out of order and the TV did not work well. Other than that, I was well pleased.

My husband and I stayed here and for a random spur of the moment weekend trip. Our room was clean and comfortable, staff at the desk were always friendly, they offer breakfast. Breakfast was lacking a little, but just for a quick “grab something and go” it got the job done!

As a smoker, i prefer not to in most enclosed spaces. I cant stand the smell, this place was full of it. I was in a non smoking room, but was next to one. I bought Frebreeze for the night i was there. I will go next door next time. Staff was friendly, room was clean, minus an uncomfortable smell. You get what you pay for i guess
