"A very modern hotel reminiscent of Dubai however was more like a mausoleum, very few guests and many staff! Dining was limited to a restaurant on the 9th floor where food was bland and expensive or the ground floor lobby bar where the food was interesting....how can you not cook a burger or Chicken Kiev correctly? Rooms were so hot set at 28C complained 3 times and told they were winter settings and couldnt be altered!"

"Staff was friendly and very accommodating. The hotel was very clean and front desk guy remembered my birthday! He spoke decent English but the rest of the staff does not know much English which is okay. "

"Had a good stay here. Staff were friendly and spoke good English. I didn’t use the spa facilities but I was given a tour and they looked fantastic. A shame I didn’t have enough time to partake. Breakfast was ok. I found the room very warm and needed to open the window during -15c to cool down a bit. The radiators didn’t seem to be adjustable."

"We stayed in renovated rooms. Perfect quality for a relativly small ex Soviet Hotel. The breakfast was great. No problem with running hot and cold water in bath room. Good room service and house keeping. Location is nice aswell. Thanks"
