"My room on a 5 day stay was cleaned once and only because I asked. Rooms without windows without previous notice is insane + not being able to change rooms at any point is disappointing. Breakfast staff was amazing. Great amenities"

"Easy hotel for a pre- or post-flight stay. Shuttle to and from airport helpful for flights and also to catch Keisei skyliner into Tokyo. West wing seemed much more updated compared to east wing. Despite being a bit dated, hotel is clean and fine for a short stay. Beds were quite soft, so this was our only major area for improvement. Also, just be aware there are no dining or shopping options nearby; thank goodness there is a 24h Family Mart inside the hotel - with our late 830pm flight arrival, we got to the hotel close to 930pm and had to grab family mart food downstairs for dinner. (There is an on-site restaurant but it was closed and anyway we found the restaurant prices and room service pricey). Overall, a fine hotel and good value for a one night stay near Narita."

"I always enjoy staying here. The check in process is easy and quick, the rooms are comfortable with wonderful amenities. I always enjoy the easy access to the onsen and restaurant options. Being from Hawaii our flights home are usually on the later side so convenience the Cloakroom provides makes navigating the last day so wonderful."

"Though a little far from the center, this hotel is well connected since it’s right next to the metro stop Shiomi. Chose to stay here twice and chose to make this hotel as my base. And would do it again! The rooms have a lot of space. Same with the lobby and the well heated onsen. Family mart is attached to hotel. 7/11 is around the corner, so is a bigger supermarket. Also don’t miss out on the revolving sushi resto near by! Would def recommend to stay!"

"I think Okay sums it up nicely. Nothing wow, but does the job. Locations is great as very close to main station in Shinjuku as well as all the tourist sites. I’ve stayed in a few hotels here in Japan and this one’s definitely on the smaller side. Room is tiny, no space for suitcase except under the bed. The bathroom was small but manageable. The only real negative for us was the uncomfortable beds/pillows. Woke up sore each morning, so if comfort is high on your priorities then probably skip this hotel. Oh and housekeeping doesn’t actually clean the room, they just make the beds and give new towels, which was fine for us. Overall not horrible, but an okay experience"

"Hotel Gracery Shinjuku was an incredible stay. From the friendly and helpful staff to the modern, clean rooms to great decor and convenient location this was absolutely an incredible hotel experience. I will be keeping this hotel as my top choice for future visits to Japan. "
