「The room is clean and tidy. The breakfast is good with different options. The hotel is a little bit far from the ferry pier, it takes about 25 mins to walk there. If you have luggage, you'd better call a taxi, the taxi fare is reasonable anyway. 」

「We had a side sea view room, clean and well maintained. Great room. Breakfasts good with top class ingredients. We ate once for the evening meal. The food was pricey and quality was poor. Overall a really good hotel with great staff and exceptionally clean.」

「I liked the old fashioned nature of the hotel. I had the impression that the charming lift hadn't changed since the 1920s. It was a change to have breakfast served by waiters from a menu instead of self service from a buffet but I like both kinds of service. The hotel is situated at the north end of the mile and half promenade so wasn't exactly convenient for the town centre but the bus transport was very regular which made up for it. 「I received a warm welcome at reception and was able to store my bag until it was time to check-in, later in the day. My room had a sea view and was clean, tidy and contained everything I required during my visit. I'd happily stay here again on any future visits to the Isle of Man.」
