「We arrived very late and check-in was a breeze. The staff was extremely nice and friendly. After 12 hours of driving with two small kids, we were ready for bed. 「Air conditioner didn’t work well, left on 65 and still didn’t get room cool. Staff crowded around breakfast area and front desk every morning, having loud conversations that would have been better suited for an internal break room. They outnumbered the guests trying to get food at the breakfast bar.」
