「Arbitrary charges Poor service attitude」

「We had an excellent stay at Great Pines. Beautiful scenery right on Fourth Lake, and Snowmobile access. The only negative of this property is the unreliability of the on site restaurant. It seems to be rarely open」

「Half the lights in our room were burned out. The Wi-Fi didn’t work and they didn’t tell anyone. When I called the front desk the just made excuse. The parking garage looks like it’s going to collapse and has been this way for at least three years with no repairs. Staff is willing to help you depending on who you get so it’s a toss up. Overall they need to know their place in the market and price accordingly if they are not going to keep simple maintenance up or provide safe areas for customers...
