"Arrived for a 2 night stay to be told our second night was cancelled due to government take over of the hotel. No call/email warning us of this so we arrived with two tired children and couldn’t then check into our room for three hours whilst I called hotels.com to try and sort it out. Hotel staff were useless and wouldn’t even make eye contact or offer help. Ended up ringing the USA for hours as hotels.com don’t have a UK switchboard. Abysmal service"

"The staff were all very welcoming and very helpful. We loved our bar experience with cocktails and mocktails. The breakfast buffet was amazing over our Easter break. Our room was amazing from the comfort of our twin beds to the bathroom. Chose this hotel because it had a great location, easy access to the tube station a short walk away and it had a heated swimming pool. Although I found the pool temperature a little cool and refreshing it was still a lovely addition to our stay. Thank you to...

"The hotel was closed. We had not been told. There were mice running around the reception! We were moved hotel and where we went was lovely but the main reason we booked this hotel was for the swimming pool for our children and the hotel we moved to didn’t have one."
