But one point Taj might improve is, though we have paid online for such a room for three people, we were told still that we have to be charged for an extra bed, which is not expected when we placed the order. 」

「Our stay at Marriot at Colva beach was excellent. Property is spotless and rooms are spacious. Most important, the staff at Marriot is exceptionally polite and helpful. Everyone at Marriot went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The food at the hotel is very good. The breakfast and dinner buffet has great spread to satisfy any diner. The staff at live station goes a step further to customize the food to any palate. Looking forward to another stay at this location in the future.」

「Our second stay at this property, the personal remembered us from before and they looked after us. There are a lot of people to mention but highlighting some of those fantastic guys who looked after us where Miraz the chef who looked after all our culinary needs, Yogesh, mustafa and srijita looking after us at breakfast. 「We had a wonderful stay at Heritage Village for my birthday. Every single staff member was excellent- friendly, courteous and helpful. I can't remember all of their names but do remember Ganesh and Abigail on reception along with Naira and Balakrishna at Chutney. We spoke to the lovely female head chef at Chutney to thank her for the wonderful breakfast buffets - again her name eludes me but she was so sweet and does an excellent job. 「The entire facility was just so pleasant and well maintained. The rooms were generous and clean. They were not over the top but very adequate. The staff was outstanding! Always polite, always ready to help and went out of their way to accommodate requests. The food was uniformly good and the breakfast buffet was standout. As a family, we went to Taj Holiday Village and Resort for rest and relaxation and that is what we achieved. 」
