Great staff, so polite and helpful, and a lovely hotel with easy on-demand shuttle to friendly nearby beach and some excellent restaurants on the doorstep. Beware: there may be a wedding happening if you're staying at the weekend between November to February so it won't be as tranquil as it usually is but they are an amazing sight so enter into the spirit of things!

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. The rooms are fantastic and so is the pool. The food and service is first class: special mention for Kasuga, Velecia, Aditi and Meenashi. The area around the hotel is great for gifts and restaurants. We had an issue for a couple of days with the noise levels from a large wedding being hosted at the hotel which impacted on the public spaces. However, the hotel responded quickly and well when we raised our concerns.

Beautiful hotel. Lovely comfortable room. Unfortunately the whole feel of the place is overwhelmingly corporate and impersonal so it wasn’t right for us and we checked out early. The food wasn’t up to much either. Very much style over substance.

All members of staff were very polite and marked my parents anniversary by decorating the room and serving free dessert as well The food at spice box was very taste Highly recommend the massage as it was helped a lot with any aches or pains For anyone looking to visit Goa highly recommend staying here It is also about 5 mins walk from martins corner again a place to try for lunch or dinner

Best resort I’ve ever stayed at. The grounds are incredible and varied with a very large and amazing infinity-edge pool. Access to the beautiful white sand beach is by a road that is easily walkable or there is a shuttle that can take you (I did not use the shuttle so I can’t comment on it). The staff are universally friendly and helpful. There is a lovely spa in which I received a very well delivered massage. The only downside to the resort is that it is a fair way away from most other attractions, the airport and the old town center, but the front desk can easily arrange transportation to these areas if you need it. What a beautiful place, I recommend without reservation!

Perfection in Paradise.

Let's begin at the front desk; Aparana initially and the Ruella were wonderful in helping us and making it a smooth experience. Patient thoughtful and always obliging. The hotel is beautiful and tyre Diwa club side is so relaxed and calming. Within he Does club the Bistro is a wonderful pool side eatery. It's team including Saurav, Bhavesh, Brendan and the Chef Arif were amazing. Food was excellent, the drinks were sublime and they really looke after the kids. I was so impressed by all of them. It was such an enjoyable and relaxing stay. I can rate it highly enough.

My mother and I had a wonderful stay at Alila! Not only was the hotel beautiful, the staff were amazing and really made the experience for us. Everyone was extremely kind and attentive and made us feel very taken care of. A special thanks to Velecia who took care of the activities and helped us make the most of our stay, both inside and outside the hotel. I would highly recommend this stay! We went during monsoon season which had its own charm as we spent a lot of time sitting on the balcony with our books and watched the rain.

The stay was bad. The property had all the guests who had come through some club. The breakfast was bad too!
