「A beautiful & quiet property in Moira which is perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The private pool room was really good and the hotel architecture is great. Small hotel with excellent service. Food was great too!」

Staff at the beginning of the check in was good as they mentioned timing of breakfast. And as we were tired from our journey and was late for breakfast, they still accommodated us. 「緊連著海邊，可以搭船出去轉轉，櫃檯服務人員非常親切專業，唯一住客太多，泳池建議可以擴建，比較擁擠一點！」

「Nice location and excellent service. 」

「Yes- the property was and is breathtakingly beautiful but what makes every stay amazing & unforgettable is how the staff is and at Casa Britona- they are exceptional! Hospitality and warmth with an attitude of "how can I help?" for every slight irk one might have during the booking process and stay, they emulate the "Mi casa, su casa" vibe at every step and every minute of the stay. Thankyou Mr. Lenny at booking and Amit at the property for making our short stay a memory of a lifetime.」

「I could not have asked for more. Property is very well located in Baga. Unlike more resorts, facilities are very easily accessible, with the big pool in the middle (which you can use until 0h30!!!). Rooms were very comfortable, good bathroom. What distinguishes this hotel, though, is the extremely professional, kind, helpful, dedicated, smiley team. Honestly, I have rarely seen such staff elsewhere in the world. Congratulations!」

「Pool was great, did not get a chance to see SPA, had a very stay. Hopefully next time will stay long. Breakfast was good and staff was amazing.」

「Great staff, very polite. We asked for an extra bedding and they provided without any hesitation. Rooms are very clean and staff is very quick and responsive. In room dining has god options and they have midnight dining also which is a great option to have」

「Very clean」

「Breakfast was good and the staff were really helpful!」

「Hot water had dirt in it but they solved it?」

「This five-star resort offers an impressive breakfast and attentive service, while the staff make a notable difference. We stayed for four nights. It is highly recommended.」

「We had a great stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety and tasted great. Good value for money, and we'd happily stay here again. Recommended!」
