「Free taxi to the airport port 」

「Bathroom in our apartment flooded as the slope of the bathroom was going against the drain. It took the staff a lot of time to resolve. They ending up upgrading us to a better room the next day but for such a nice resort they need to get their construction sorted. Also, they restrict consumption of store bought alcholhol in the hotel room which is very strange. You should be free to consume what you want in your room. 」

「A lovely family run guesthouse close to GOI airport. I had a premium room which was spacious, clean and had balconies to the front and back of the room. A short walk down to the beach where there are a number of restaurants to eat and watch the sunset. Would stay here again for sure」

「We had a wonderful stay at Heritage Village for my birthday. Every single staff member was excellent- friendly, courteous and helpful. I can't remember all of their names but do remember Ganesh and Abigail on reception along with Naira and Balakrishna at Chutney. We spoke to the lovely female head chef at Chutney to thank her for the wonderful breakfast buffets - again her name eludes me but she was so sweet and does an excellent job. 「This is marketed as a two star hotel and us very well. We were waiting for our king term accommodation to be ready so we're booking rooms here day to day. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room nice and clean 」

「The view from the room was outstanding, with green fields, water buffalo and the sounds of birds. The sea was just a short stroll away and was glorious. The pool was lovely and clean, although there weren't many sun beds and only one umbrella. The staff were incredibly friendly and hard working. 」

「We had a fantastic time here. The rooms are excellent, comfortable beds with good showers. Beds are cleaned daily which was a nice surprise, cleanliness was a big plus point of this hotel. There are 2 pools guests can use and are close to the bar/restaurant which has well priced drinks and great barmen/waiters. In fact, all staff are extremely helpful and polite.
