「Hotel is pretty good, not too far from Mapusa Market. Very polite staff. The restaurant serves delicious food and we enjoyed the south indian breakfast. If you are not used to south Indian breakfast, you have an option of different style of eggs, cereal and fruits. The only drawback is the wifi system. We could not get wifi in our rooms. 「I was shown to my room, it looked like it had never been cleaned, at least 4 spiders in the bathroom at first glance, webs everywhere. Ants on the floor, in the bed, on the tables (where I was expected to eat). No soap or toiletries as stated on the website. 「It was a nice experience overall living in Taj for two days. One of the best things is the staff was very helpful in arranging tours and booking taxis. But one point Taj might improve is, though we have paid online for such a room for three people, we were told still that we have to be charged for an extra bed, which is not expected when we placed the order. 」
