"The room, actually the 3 rooms I was offered were full of mould, including pillows which were grey because of the mould. And that’s a 40€ a night “business” hotel. After 30 min discussion with the manager, at 11pm I finally managed to cancel the reservation and was promised a full refund, even got a paper as a proof. Of course didn’t happen. They count the reservation to take the money. Had to contact an agent for a refund. Avoid the property."

"I went to Goa after 10yrs! Booked LA after landing. I wanted to stay in a typical Goan/Portuguese home instead of a hotel. LA everything I expected and more. From the ambience of restored charm, to the frinedly and helpful staff Jokin & Patrick were exception in guiding me to places, arranging transportation, to allowing me for a late check out. "Nothing like 4 star. Unclean towels, Wasserkocher faulty, no water at night, had no napkins, no toilet paper Staff was friendly and evening entertainment was nice. If Service and attention to details for things like above is improved, can be a nice boutique place."
