I stayed at the hotel recently and had a wonderful experience. The staff, especially Chaha and Dhiran, were outstanding. Chaha was extremely sweet, polite, and caring in her behaviour, which made me and My Wife feel so comfortable. Dhiran was also very professional, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Their service really stood out and made our visit memorable. Truly grateful for such warm hospitality. will Visit Again Soon,Highly recommend..👌

Indian boys trip to Goa

Great place to stay staff were so friendly could do enough for us. Bar staff at pool area were exc lent great guys 5 stars to all of them. Rooms are out dated and need modifying that’s the only point I have to make as everything else was brilliant.

Hotel is beautiful and very clean. The spa was fantastic. Sonya was exceptional and professional. The highlight of the property is the pool bar Tonic. The service and food are fantastic. Elvira and the bar team provided first rate service from drinks, food and recommendations around Goa. Make sure to enjoy the Saturday hi top Brunch. lots of fun and a great deal.

I felt like a rock star. I was greeted and instead of checking in at reception I was taken to my room and it was done there. I was welcomed by a plate of chocolates. With my Unity card, I had a choice of freebies. I chose a welcome drink and got a bucket of FOUR beers. Woo hoo. The staff was amazing and extremely helpful. Highly recommend

Quick check in Rooms v dated, badly maintained. Shared areas with ongoing maintenance a put off. Excellent staff. Lovely pool area and pool. Music a little too loud. Restaurant serves good food but decor is tired.

I was told check in at 3pm, when on Expedia letter it mentioned 2pm, I had long wait before room was provided. Its not a 5 star hotel - maybe 2.5 star- room given to me was dated, damp, flaking on wall paint with damp--work carried out after 12am -above my room- these went on all night with banging noise even after I rang receptionist. Breakfast is good- there was no welcome drink-just water was provided after I asked for it. I was ill next day and could not go for breakfast so I asked my wife to get me some fruit, toast and tea which the canteen staff refused to take -even though we had paid for breakfast- there are lot better hotels in the vicinity for premier price I paid.

Nice hotel near Baga beach

The bar staff were really attentive and extremely helpful. The cleaning staff did an amazing job and they would clean your room twice a day. It’s a lovely pool and we didn’t have any issues getting sun loungers. The only issue was that the sun loungers didn’t have any padding and were quite uncomfortable after a while. Had an issue at check out as we were advised at check in and when booking the hotel online that we had 15% off food & beverages. When it came to check out, we were advised that it only included soft drinks. We challenged the fact it doesn’t state that on the website or in T&C’s and they did end up honouring 15% off alcoholic beverages too but we are certain that many people will have been ripped off by this in the past! Overall, the hotel was good. The rooms were very spacious and the bed was comfortable! I’d highly recommend the pizza’s that you can order from the bar staff.

Below average service from the pool area

All was excellent except for a problem during a birthday dinner where the live food was cold and labelled inappropriately. I did make a complaint at the time which I was told would be investigated, however i had to chase the outcome multiple times. Nikki one of the managers was very good however the other manger wouldn't let me speak and continually spoke over me. I was given a resolution of 15% off food and beverage which the other persons in my group already had and when I told management that this wasnt satisfactory they refused to give me an alternate resolution. I work in radio and i am an influencer and I was looking forward to telling my followers and listeners about the great 50th birthday trip to hard rock hotel. All other aspects were fantastic from the breakfast to the room cleaning it was just the Tonic bar and food there that let the hotel down.

Blocked Shower Drain

My room was at the end of the corridor facing a wall (and not with the better poolside view) and was next to their rubbish dumping area. The room size was good as was the bathroom and shower. However, on the day of my departure, my shower drain was completely blocked and the water overflowed all over the bathroom floor and part of the bedroom. I asked Reception for another room to shower in as I was in a rush to catch my flight and they promised to do so but after 10 mins they sent a handyman to unblock the drain instead of allocating me another room as promised by Reception. As unblocking the drain and cleaning the mess would have taken too long, I insisted on being given another room but this was not made available to me. As I was short of time, I had no choice but to use the bathroom of the room opposite my room (where the bathroom had just been cleaned BUT the room was dirty & unmade as the occupants had checked out earlier. This was not a pleasant experience at all getting ready in an unmade room. Reception should have been honest with me if they did not have other rooms instead of promising me one. This episode left a bad impression.
