「We had a wonderful stay at Heritage Village for my birthday. Every single staff member was excellent- friendly, courteous and helpful. I can't remember all of their names but do remember Ganesh and Abigail on reception along with Naira and Balakrishna at Chutney. We spoke to the lovely female head chef at Chutney to thank her for the wonderful breakfast buffets - again her name eludes me but she was so sweet and does an excellent job. 「The resort has all amenities. They were very quick for any medical support needed as well. I stayed in superior 」

「Lovely hotel with great facilities, including a large pool and access to a clean beach. My only small criticisms is that there is no evening entertainment at the hotel and everyone disappears after dinner. There are now few western tourists staying at the hotel and so the food (very spicy!) and limited activities are aimed at the domestic market. 」

「Overall, it was a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff was courteous and cooperative, which made the experience comfortable. There are a few areas where improvement is possible. The hotel provided only half-liter water bottles; offering 1-liter bottles, as is standard in many hotels, would be appreciated. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable and had to be reported twice before it was resolved.」
