「The hotel Is clean and the location is excellent the employees in the restaurant are great but don’t put your expectations with the staff at the hotel to help you with your luggage, they see you straggling and they pretend they didn’t see you」

「We loved the location, directly across from Playa Las Flores. We were able to walk to the beach with our 2 & 4 year old. Close drive to El Cuco and still quiet. Breakfast included was fantastic. Our kids loved the pool.」

「The location was very ideal, the amenities were also great. The food was okay nothing to really talk about. The rooms were spacious, nice and clean. The hotel grounds were upkept really nice. The views from the terrances and pool were amazing. Some staff were really friendly (The front desk and the waiters). However, there were some staff that were very dismissive (not sure if it is a culture thing since we didn't speak fluent spanish).」
