「No towels ,just tea towels ,no hot water, no milk or spoon to make tea or coffee ,I stayed for 5 days ,no one came to do anything ,they didn't empty the bins or change sheets or give you a floor mat,」

「I have stayed here before. For what this place is- it’s excellent. It’s a stop off when undertaking business or a quick stopover in London. Nice clean room- well stocked toiletries- tea and coffee to hand. Staff lovely, food in bar good. Room can be a bit noisy at times- but that really isn’t the hotel’s fault. I will be staying again.」

「No air-conditioning. (Just in case you need it.) A fan was supplied in the room and like the room could do with a good clean. Dresser glass top you could see the dust laying on top. Chair provided also had food remains, hair and dust from previous guests. Bed matress should have been retired many ,many guests ago. Springs digging in and undulating as lay. Bathroom was comparatively clean but also like the rest of the room very tired in appearance. Car park can be a little cramped, and can make...

「The rooms were very comfortable and quiet. The restaurant and bar next door were very good. The Specials on the menu were special. They had a good range of beers and wine. The staff were all professional, friendly and helpful. It was a lovely place to stay and I'd happily stay there again」

「The hotel serves great breakfast, however it suits mostly for people with car, if not you will be wasting lots of time in transportation to get in and out there」
