「Ermua is a thriving community where we felt really safe when out at night. The hotel is central with lovely rooms and fabulous staff. The hotel bar is welcoming and popular with local people. The bar serves a selection of tapas which are great. We would definitely stay again if in the area.」

「Mi marido, mis hijos y yo estuvimos alojados durante 4 días. Mi reserva era de media pensión y al día siguiente de llegar ( llegamos sobre las 21:00h) me dicen que no me corresponde ni el desayuno ni la cena pq segun ellos solo tengo reservado alojamiento. Tras mostrarles la reserva que yo tenia de alojamiento con media pension para 2 adultos y 2 niños, finalmente nos dejaron lo q yo tenia contratado, pero no conformes me dicen que ellos no trabajan con hoteles.com, y q solo estan en booking. El...

「Good location in the centre of Guernica near bars and tourist office. Room was pretty basic but adequate. Good, hot shower. The bottle of water and tea making facility was a nice touch. Biggest issue was the check-in hassle. There is a note on the door to check-in at the bar next door....but the bar was shut. There were several numbers stuck on the bar windows but it wasn't clear which to use and there was no answer initially. Given my phone was nearly flat, it was a big stress I really didn't...

「Das Haus ist wunderschön, eine ehemalige Schmiede. Der Frühstücksraum ist auch Restaurant am Abend und wirklich beeindruckend. Das Zimmer war groß und passend zum alten Gemäuer eingerichtet. Leider keine Klimaanlage dafür ein Ventilator. Unser Hund konnte mit zum Frühstück und auch abends ins Restaurant. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung.」

「Camera pulita, dotata di un grande bagno privato. Area comune dotata di divani e piccoli tavolini. Un po' di cattivo odore nel corridoio, magari era un caso isolato di quei giorni. 」

「No hay personal. No hay restaurante, ni recepción. Son apartamentos aislados en el monte. No te recibe nadie. Ni siquiera nos han pedido la identificación a los huéspedes. A la llegada no habia nadie para recibirnos. La decoración y diseño de los apartamentos es muy bonita pero no tienen casi ajuar para poder cocinar. No están preparados para el calor.」
