「Overall, I had a really good time. The food was actually very good compared to some of the reviews that I saw that mentioned it was mediocre. The transportation staff were top-tier and their driving abilities are unmatched. The only thing is that I did call and asked for the in room snacks to be stocked, but that was never done during my time.」

「The thermal pools were not maintained well at all, and I felt like they were pretty dirty with dead leaves on them and it seemed like they were not very clean. The property also seemed extremely outdated for the amount they charged us. I honestly don’t think it was worth it specially given the room in the washrooms it was giving hotel from the 1970s.」

「Small boutique hotel with wonderful service and beautiful rooms. We love the food, the wildlife and the views! Staff is always so friendly and helpful. So much to do in this area ans well and some of the best restaurants in the world. We’ve stayed here twice in the last 6 years and was so glad to see that not much has changed. Whenever we sit by the pool we have it all to ourselves, with plenty of monkeys, toucans, parrots around and beautiful views of the ocean and forest. Well maintained and...
